BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:
GENERAL
1. Commissions are for personal & commercial use!
2. My work is digital only!
3. If you do not have a drawn reference image(s) for your character(s), $50 will be added to the total commission price.
4. I have the right to decline commissions that I feel I cannot properly execute.
5. Once accepted, you will be put on the waitlist until I am ready to start your commission. When I am ready, you must pay by your selected payment method within 2 weeks. If payment isn't made in 2 weeks, the commission will be canceled.
6. I will take up to a batch of 3 commissions at a time.
7. Commissions usually take 1-2 months to finish.
8. You can only commission one commission at a time. If you want another commission, please fill out another order form.
9. If you want to cancel, please inform me! Once canceled, your spot will not be saved.
10. Wait time in the queue can last up to or around 1 or 2 months. I will get to who is next in the queue as soon as I can. If you are next in the queue, please look out for an email from me. If I get no response after a week, I will cancel the order.
11. Do not use my commissioned work for any blockchain-related technology, including NFTS and cryptocurrency.
12. Do not permit anyone to feed my art into AI software, including commissioners.
13. Do not reproduce, redistribute, alter, or resell the commissioned work.PAYMENTS
1. Payments are in USD through PayPal.REVISIONS
1. There is only 5 free revisions before coloring! Anymore revisions past coloring will cost $5 each revision.
2. Minor changes and slight color adjustments are free.DELIVERY
1. Once the commission is finished and paid in full, it will be sent as a full-quality PNG to your provided email.USE OF COMMISSIONED WORK
1. All work is either for personal or commercial use.
2. DO NOT use personal art for commercial purposes. Buy the rights for commercial use!
2. As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work, and I may use it for my needs, such as social media posts and videos, unless discussed otherwise.
3. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to share your commission in my art portfolio.
4. You must credit me by using my X/Twitter (@Gabcookie_), as the artist, whenever the art is used and showcased.PERSONAL USE1. For non-profit purposes only. (Ex. for yourself, family members & friends, generally not gaining money from it.)
2. You have permission to use the artwork only for private matters.COMMERCIAL USE1. Intended for profit and non-profit purposes.
2. You gain permission to use the artwork on your streams, videos, websites, and social media platforms (banner & profile picture).
3. If you would like to use the artwork personally, that's fine too. :)REFUNDS
1. No refunds, I cannot refund spent time! You are committing to this commission as much as the artist. Unless I cannot finish the commission, then refunds will be given.PROPERTY RIGHTS
1. I retain the rights to the artwork that you commissioned from me, hence it is my art.COMMUNICATION
1. I will send occasional updates of work-in-progress pictures, if you agree to see them. :)
